Privacy and advertising
What this site stores on your device, and why.
Advertising
THE SNAP is free and funded by advertising. Ads are served by Google AdSense, which may set cookies to measure how they perform and, depending on your region and your consent, to personalise what you are shown.
Audience measurement
We count visits to know what gets read. This measurement is aggregated: it is not used to identify you, and we do not sell any data.
Your choices
You can refuse or limit personalised advertising in your Google settings, and block cookies in your browser. The site remains fully readable without them.
The full policy
What we collect, which processors we use and what your rights are is set out in our privacy policy, which covers this site by name. That document prevails: this page is only a summary.
